The Need

The high density rearing conditions in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) present numerous challenges for farmers. The fish rapidly deplete the O2 supply while producing CO2 and solid waste quickly creating an adverse environment if not properly addressed. Challenges Faced in Intensified Rearing Conditions

The VAL™ is a highly effective tool in addressing water circulation, particulate removal, degassing, aeration and other aquaculture water management as well as bio-security issues. The VAL™ continuously extracts fine particulates and pathogens through foam fractionation.
